I’m dropping my calories back down to 1200-1500, (I tried going up to about 1800 a day, and my weight loss stopped) and adding another liter of water to my daily intake. I’ve been stuck, I’ve gotta kick start my metabolism back into gear.

Like many of you, I’m on a diet. I’ve lost 26 lbs so far, its taken me about 5 weeks. I still have a long way to go but I’m on the right track.
My secret? I’m on a 1200-1500 calorie diet, consuming no more than 30 grams of fat per day, and I drink 3 liters of water every day.

I’ve also been working in some exercise most days.

Look for updated tickers every week or two.
