Like many of you, I’m on a diet. I’ve lost 26 lbs so far, its taken me about 5 weeks. I still have a long way to go but I’m on the right track.
My secret? I’m on a 1200-1500 calorie diet, consuming no more than 30 grams of fat per day, and I drink 3 liters of water every day.
I’ve also been working in some exercise most days.
